The Art of Cooking

It is impossible to have Italian food and not think about Italy. The kitchen is central to the hearts and minds of Italian families so there are lots of Italian quotes about food, but the one we like is below and means the most to us. We hope it means something to you as well.

A tavola non si invecchia!
Translation: At the table with good friends and family you do not become old!

Only the best ones from all over the world

We Have Done Our Best to Create An Excellent Dinning Experience

Simply but Delicious experience

We hope you enjoy the food and atmosphere as much as we enjoy bringing it to you and yours.

  • My wife and I finally got to this place the other night.  Italian food isn't usually our first choice, but our interest ( and hunger) got the better of us that night. The place is very cozy...not over done in Italian motif and very unpretentious.  We were seated quickly and after being served water we treated to a review of some delicious sounding specials.  We chatted  a bit about it and decided on the Veal Osso Bucco and Scallops, both in a wine sauce, with pasta and vegetables.  We were treated to some awesome piping hot bread and would have had more, but wanted to save room for dinner!  Our waiter was attentive and it didn't take long for our food to arrive.  Fabulous choices!  The veal and the fish were super tender and left us wanting more...even though we were stuffed. The pasta was also prepared just right and the vegetables were the best we have ever been served. We can't wait to go again!!
  • This is truly a hidden gem in Marion, IA.  If you live anywhere close to Marion, you quickly realize that the city is overrun by chain restaurants.  We decided to visit Napoli's Italian Restaurant on a recommendation from a Marion local and we now go here every time we start to crave Italian.  The food tastes, looks and feels great and is homemade. Inside the place is clean, comfortable and relaxing.  The quality of the food to the cost of the meal by far outweighs what any Italian marble or rich mahogany wood trim could add to a great Italian meal.  Interesting to note, there isn't a single Pizza offering on the menu. It's really focused on regional, Italian food. If I were to make a menu recommendation, consider ordering a special over the main staples of the menu.  I won't really go into any specific dishes, but I will say that the sauces do not taste like they come from a jar and are well executed.
